• The label appears visibly directly on the affected image and not just in metadata or small print.
• Unlabeled original photos are not generally referred to as AI content.
• AI tools may support drafting, translation or image editing. All published content is checked by a responsible person before publication and remains under the editorial responsibility of Doggy Deluxe Loft GmbH. Customer, employee, health, payment, access or other confidential data must not be entered into generally available AI services.

Booking portal

The live booking portal does not use an OpenAI/ChatGPT API and does not make automated AI decisions about customers, employees or dogs. Bookings, capacity, prices, surcharges, waitlist positions and approvals follow defined business rules and can be reviewed by the administration. The ChatGPT source counter is conventional, aggregated web statistics and is not an AI decision system. Any future AI function must undergo privacy, security and legal review before activation and will be identified at the point of use where required.

Legal context and responsibility

We follow the transparency and AI-literacy principles of the EU AI Act on a precautionary basis where they are relevant. Whether individual provisions apply depends on the specific system, role, location and use. This page is a transparency notice, not a statement that the entire EU AI Act necessarily applies to every internal tool use.

• AI-generated or materially AI-edited realistic media is labelled clearly where required.
• No solely AI-based decisions are made about admission, care, employment, prices or contractual rights.
• Staff may use approved AI tools only for low-risk support tasks and must verify results.
• Questions or objections are handled by a person.
